For starters, the ADA Members Retirement Program provides Master Plan design at no charge. All our language has already been approved by the IRS. This not only saves you time, but also saves you set-up costs, typically charged by other vendors. You'll work throughout the set-up period with a Retirement Program Specialist dedicated to professional practices such as yours. They can answer your questions on investment options, help you design a plan that fits your needs and take you step-by-step through the enrollment process.

Ongoing Management and Administrative Support to help you build Member Participation and Satisfaction

Once your plan is set up we'll work step-by-step with you to help communicate with employees and enroll them in your plan. Our account executives are especially trained and well versed in your plan to give you answers on the spot when you or your employees call. They will help bring you up-to-date on changing tax laws that can affect your retirement savings and provide you with information to help make tax filing as easy as possible for you.

When it comes to Required Paperwork, we have you covered at No Additional Charge

Part of our comprehensive service package is to help minimize your involvement with required forms, tracking participant balances and other tax reporting.

  • You will receive a Summary Plan Description from our administrative service department annually for your files, updated to fulfill any IRS requirements as they arise.
  • We will prepare your annual Form 5500 Annual Report and any necessary schedules. Provided to you at no additional charge, these reports are personalized for your plan. However, you are required to review and sign before filing.
  • You'll receive the proper tax reporting forms (1099R) for your records as soon as required by law.
  • We will determine participant account values and keep them up-to-the-minute, accessible on-line or by calling one toll-free number. Quarterly and Annual Account Statements are prepared and mailed to you. You'll also receive an Annual Plan Summary Report.

And when tax laws change requiring updates to your plan document, we will update your plan to comply at no additional charge.
